Editing questions

What counts as one request?

One finished 9:16 video up to 30 seconds. A revision on a delivered video is its own request and joins the line behind anything queued.

Do I need to shoot with you?

No. Send phone footage, drone clips, or anything you have. If you have shot with us, your footage is already in your library and we pull from it.

Can I get 1:1 or 16:9 versions?

Yes, as variants on request from the portal. Captions, logo animation, and formats beyond 9:16 are part of Single edits.

How do I cancel?

From Billing in the portal. It takes effect at the end of the current week, and anything already in line is finished first.
