Deliberate Media, Inc. (“Deliberate Media,” “we,” “us”) operates deliberatemedia.com and the booking, contact, and audit forms on it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, send a message, or request a free marketing audit, we collect the fields on that form: name, company, email, phone, city, trade, the services you are interested in, budget range, and anything you type in the notes. Forms save as you go, so a partially completed form is stored even if you do not press submit.

Information collected automatically. Pages visited, referring site, UTM parameters, device type, browser, approximate location from your IP address, and the way you move through the booking flow. We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel for this. Cookies and similar identifiers set by those tools are covered by their own policies.

Information from your calendar. If you book a call, the meeting is written to our Google Calendar and yours receives an invitation. We do not read any other events on your calendar.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm, remind, and reschedule the call you booked, by email and by text message through Twilio.
  • To follow up once if you start a booking and do not finish it. One email, then we stop.
  • To prepare for your call and, if you become a client, to run your project.
  • To measure which pages and ads bring people to the site, and to show our own ads to people who have visited it.
  • To keep the site working, secure, and fast.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number and check the box, we send a confirmation when you book and a reminder about an hour before the call. Message frequency is limited to those two, plus any reply to a question you text us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the vendors that make the site run, each under their own privacy terms: Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Calendar, Business Profile), Meta (Pixel and ads), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). If the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety, we may disclose information to authorities.

How long we keep it

Lead and booking records are kept while we are working together and for up to three years afterward so we can honor warranties, answer questions, and keep accurate books. Analytics data follows the retention setting in each tool, currently 14 months in Google Analytics 4. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your choices

  • Email support@deliberatemedia.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop emails. Transactional messages about a call you booked will still be sent.
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Analytics, and Meta lets you adjust ad settings in your account.
  • Texas and Connecticut residents have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. Use the email above to exercise them.

Children

The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. Form data is stored in an access-controlled database and admin access requires two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask that you not send sensitive information through the forms.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will say so on this page for 30 days.
